I filed against Cavalry (for myself) with the BBB. Reasoning? They FAILED to provide any validation. I received an email today, attached letter from Cavalry, stating that they DELETED. I received my dispute from E today and Cavalry is marked as DELETED.
BANK of AMERICA (mine) I filed a dispute from E and received notification that they DELETED.
EOS (AT&T) sold my account to ERC, I paid ERC as they hadn't sent info to Bureau's. I have filed with the BBB against EOS CCA.
LVNV....(dh) lease account ending balance.....got up the guts to call them.....got a girl and we seemed to hit it off. We discussed lots of options...next thing I know, they DELETED.
Paying them $100 per month until I can get up enough to pay VW settlement offer of $3000. Gettin' There!
One baddie set to fall off Sept. 2013....I can wait.

Out of curiousity, what kind of dispute did you to that resulted in Cavalry deleting? I have a paid Cavalry collection and Gino Archer will not budge on removing it.

Mike, mine was unpaid....they couldn't provide me with documentation....ever. I refused to pay without, or settle. I sent them a letter INSISTING they remove. I finally filed a dispute through Experian and then the BBB. Finally....a removal.
I am, however, prepared to work a settlement with the next in line.....for about 50% of the balance. Just don't want the headache anymore.
