Waiting for a GW response

I'm getting antsy. I was called by HSBC on Thursday, and the lady said she'd call me back with results. I know it's only 72 hours, but I'm getting impatient. Should I email them again, or just relax? I'm afraid if I become "annoying", and they're thinking about deleting our only 2 serious negatives (others are a few 30/60 day lates back in 2007/2008), that they'll change their mind..but the waiting is killing me...Patience is not my strongest virtue

I think you kinda answered your own question.  You are asking for their good-will.  Pressing may have the opposite effect, particularly since they have promised a response.  Pushy may not foster their good-will.

I'm hoping that the fact that we now have 3 HSBC/capital one cards all in great standing (only one 30 day in 09) will help..
