SO. I have a CO with Credit One Bank that is finally out of SOL and I would like to PFD or at least pay and GW... but my issue is, the CA is not on my credit report, and I have not received any bills from a CA for this debt... The OC is on my CR balance listed at 0, says charged off account... any idea how I can find who owns this debt currently? Or would contacting the OC (Credit one) be beneficial whatsoever.. ?! So frustrated... Thanks for any insight.
