Was Down but Capital one just gave me hope!

After finding out last night I had a 2600 dollar judgement in my name for an accident in a car I sold and the new owner didn't immediately transfer the title (not reported) had me considering bankruptcy and feeling like giving up. I got a letter from capital one.

I was approved for a 200 secured card I just have to pay 99.

Years and years ago. I had a capital One 3k charge off that was paid through garnishment.

I also hired a lawyer who is confident the judgment can be vacated against me.

Oh what difference a day make. I also have a capital one checking and savings!
