Weird BBB request regarding my CR.

[ Edited ]

I got a weird response today from the BBB today in reference to a Key Bank complaint regarding a duplicate listing on my CR. The BBB, not Key Bank, requested a copy of the duplicate listing on my CR. I sent a response stating to provide me the fax and I will send it, and asked what the purpose for this was. They sent back the fax number and no explanation as to why. Anyone know what they could need it for?

I already faxed it, but was just curious.

In my wallet: GCU Patinum Visa 1500 CL, Charter One Platinum Rewards 500 CL, Chase Freedom 800 CL, Wal Mart Discover Card 6300 CL, Kay Jewelers 3000 CL
