WellsFargo Dealer Services Goodwill to remove lates

I have paid off my car loan through WFDS. The account is paid as agreed. But, I have a few late payments that are really holding down my score. 

What would be my best course of action to persuade them to remove the lates. They got all their money, account is paid, will they help me?

I'm in the situation as you. Paid off auto loan last  year and trying to get my 30-90 day lates removed.

I've called, faxed and emailed for a couple months now with no success.

Any advice out there?

I paid off a loan with them six years ago; there were a few lates right before I paid them off (early, actually). I'd love to see if it's worth GW'ing them. It's not a huge issue, but it'd be nice.
