Wellsfargo Student financial and Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Contacts

Has anybody any GW luck with these creditors? I'm preparing to go through the GW process and I'm looking for good addresses and emails.

Wellsfargo Student Financial Services is the OC, it was assigned to Texas Guaranteed Student Loan. It was then garnished from my wages until it was paid off in January 2012. Any advice, personal experience stories, and contact information would greatly be appreciated!

I also had a wells Fargo student. Loan wich went to collection as well It was paid off with the refound of my 2011 taxes after I recive the Letter that it was paid I contac wells Fargo right away. And. I demande a credit manager specialist I explain my situation again the was back on February now. Today I pull my report and wells Fargo is gone for my collectiOn or records thank god.... Try to. Call them and good luck

Thank you for your story. It's motivational to me when I know someone else has success with the creditors I'm dealing with. Do you still have the number to wells fargo student loan that you called?

I work for Texas Guaranteed Student Loan. 

Many of the departments within the company have their own direct numbers, but since I don't know your specific situation, I can only suggest you contact the main switchboard at (800) 252-9743 and describe to them what you need.  They should be able to connect you with the right people.

Wow thanks for that. I'm curious, what do you do for Texas Guaranteed Student Loan? I work for Chase Bank (as stated in my sig), so if you have any questions.. PM me. What do you think my chances are of getting the TGSL removed from my reports with just a GW letter?

EDIT: My specific situation is that the student loan is paid off. TGSL garnished my wages which was fine. But now I'm attempting to get TGSL to remove the TL. Would you know what department I should ask for or who I could talk to?

Sorry, I do not work in any of the departments that handle loans so I can't offer any odds of your chances.  I can say I think our people are very good and truly care about our customers.

Thanks Jack, I'm glad you joined the forums. I'm also glad you found my post. I appreciate your information.

 Does anybody else have has personal expieriences with these creditors? Or contact info?

EDIT: After I draft a good GW letter, I will start my callling, emailing, and writing to the information you've given me.

As a matter fact I went to my credit report and grab the number from the report The number will lead you directly to the people you need to talk to the person I spoke to was very kind yous request a credit specialist manager
