I would like to thank everyone for the advice and the encouragement found on this board. Due to a lot of hard work my credit is clean!!! I am at 700 across the board. In the last three days I closed on my home improvement loan, was preapproved through USAA for up to a 67,000 auto loan at 4.5% interest(My car with 350,000 miles, died on the was from closing) and a unsecured credit card for 5,000. Capital one preapproved me for a 40,000 (their max) car loan and a 3,500 Venture credit card (declined the loan accepted the cc). I am now going to the garden where I will continue my march to 800+ credit score.
Congrats! Yes, an excellent weekend!
That's fantastic!
Nice work!
yes, time to rest and garden for awhile Well, maybe look for that car. Well, maybe look for the home improvement stuff for the reason you got the loan.
Well, maybe just garden when you're done with those projects.
But nice work on the loans and the CC.
You must be exhilirated, rfjanderson. What a wonderful weekend to experience.

I purchased a 2016 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Plan on keeping it until it begs to be put out to pasture. Work is scheduled to start on my home next week so I will spend this week looking for all of the items needed for my home makeover.
Happy Dance!!!! That is awesome. March On. Congrats!!!!
