Re: What are my options???

I'd send a PFD. When was the DOFD?

Re: What are my options???

What is the SOL of your state, and like llecs asked, what's the DoFD?  I'd say, judging by the DOLA, the DoFD would be July 2008 or before, but don't hold me to that.  That would make the debt at least 5 years old.

Re: What are my options???

DOLA is July 2008. What should I offer as a PFD? If this is what I think it is, the limit on the card was $5,000 and when I lost my job the balance wasnt that high...now its over $16,000 I dont want to bring a court visit by sending them anything. I think the SOL here in Alabama is 3 years...

If SOL is 3 years they can't win a judgement from you.

DOLA isn't really important, DOFD is what is important. Is that information not listed there? Do you remember when you last paid on this debt?

Re: What are my options???

Absolutely Scott, I was judging that by the DOLA, the DOFD would have to be July 2008 or before, but don't hold me to that.  I've seen stranger things.  I advise you to pull your CRs from annualcreditreport.com or straight from the CRAs so you get the full picture, and make sure there's nothing different from, say, a 3rd party report.

Re: What are my options???

My detective skills are still working.  So you have a 5 year old debt, and from what you said earlier, it's past the SOL of your state, so no judgement should be levied against you.  However, it is still within the CRTP and can remain on your CR.  The time frame for that is 7 years+180 days from the DoFD.
