What can I do to increase scores?

Snap shot of my credit profile:

-BK is almost 8 years old, will come off 10/2015

-1 ridiculous collection that I've fought tooth and nail to get off my report. 2009, paid, $46

-Used to have very high utilization. Paid off all credit cards at once, increased all but EQ score dramatically -- stuck at 696.

-I have 2% utilization

-aaoa is about 3 years

-inq's, about 4 on each bureau in the past year

How frequent are your GW letters to that CA? Keep GWing the CA. Sometimes it takes 5-10-20-100 letters before you get a "yes". Persistence is key.

With 4 inquiries, do you have new TLs reporting within the last year? Let everything age. A 3 yr AAoA is a relatively young history. Avoid apping for anything over the next couple of years.
