What could be suggested in hopes of reaching a 640 score?

Mia - are you going FHA or USDA?

If you EQ is 620 (WOO HOO YAY!! halfway there (well, way over halfway but you know what I mean).......Did you ever pull your TU98?  if so, maybe you could pull it again and do some comparing to what your TU04 was at that time?

 Hey Booner,

No I did not pull my TU at this time and the only reason I have not is because my TU here and the TU that my LO pulls differ in 20 points so I would much rather save my $20 and wait on the LO to tell me what the score happens to be.  EX is the bureau I am sinking all of my apples and oranges into because it's the one that has the most deletions.  TU has always been my lowest scores..lol
