What counts as a DV

So in my attempts to get portfolio recovery to delete from reports, I've disputed with credit bureaus because they listed a payment when the bought the account from ge retail and I thought they weren't supposed to do this. I guess they can list the last payment the OC received, which I just found out after all the disputes. But after this last dispute they actually sent the walmart card statements "for my review". I've never sent them a DV but does this count as a response to a DV?

A DV response doesn't take much.  If they sent statements from the OC that would be above and beyond what was required.

I'm guessing I'm going to have to PIF and GW for deletion. Seems to be no other way to deal with portfolio recovery 😞

I fought with them for quote some time.  Took a letter from my lawyer with an ITS for violations to get rid of them.
