It could mean any number of things.
\your credit report includes a large number of historical account codes that could include payment history profile (a long string of data that records prior monthly timely and delinquent payments), highest prior delinquency status, monthly account balances, a prior charge-off or collection referral, monthly prior utilizations, etc., etc.
The furnisher, for some reason, reported deletion of some prior information.
It is an indication to pull your full CR and determine what has changed.

If sent by the creditor in resonse to a dispute, I would presume they deleted whatever information was the suject of the dispute.
If you disputed through a CRA, then the CRA is required to provide, as part of their Notice of Results of Reinvestigation, a credit report that shows the account, reflecting whatever changes were made. Did you dispute via a CRA? If so, have you received the requred Notice of Results of Reinvestigation from the CRA?
I disputed the Jan 2013 60 day late, JUne 60 day late and July 90 day late for 2013.
I did not want to get happy until I understood the message.
