Can anyone tell me what this means 'Election of remedy - reported by subscriber'. This is what Capital One is now reporting. I sent out a letter saying that I would pay the difference (b/c I legally paid in full for less) that I orginall didn't pay in order to get all negative marks off. Does this have anything to do with the letter? Hmmm I slightly confused..please help!
