What is up with Equifax????????????

My EQ score just went up by 40points saying consumer disputes account, thing is I did iniate a dispute, this is the second time this has happened and each time I contact equifax to get the comments removed by score tanks hard. Any ideas why this is happening? I just had the dispute remarks removed in March and now they are back

Did you dispute directly with the CRAs or through a creditor?

Was the dispute resolved or just removed?

I did not iniate any dispute thru the CRA or the Creditor, I just got a scorewatch alert that shows newly reported consumer disputes account. It's no open dispute

Then your original post must be a typo because it does say you did initiate a dispute.

Call the CRA and find out where it came from.
