I have some medical debt that I need to tackle, and I want to go through the HIPAA process. However, i can seem to a find a working URL/Thread that breaks down the steps.

Just to let you and others know, you can handle medical collections the same as  non-medical collections.

It worked for me, I did the PFD letters. From what I have read, the HIPAA process only works for some.

I say do what ever it takes, the HIPAA process or the PFD letter.
