Pardon me for any typos  using my ipad.

i just have one simple should I pay these  charge off that are in judgement or no?

they are from 2010 both owned by CapItal one.

since then my credit has gone up I have two secured cards one with capital one (ironically) and with my credit union.

Yes, you should pay off the judgements.  They could garnish your paychecks or seize your bank accounts at any time.
