School, tell your mom on every payment (check) to make it payable to the OC  and on the back write  * for deposit only*.......this will keep the OC from turning the check over to the CA!!!!!

This also keeps them(CA) from ever reporting right? LIke i said before the OC wouldnt accept payment, told her to pay CA...but i would imagine if we paid them they would take i mean its originally their money!...Thanks Happy!
