I am still new to this. Have combed the forum topics and have hit the point of being overwhelmed and do not know what to do next - try for another card, fix collections, garden ???

All info from FICO 3-Report View
Revolving Account - (1) - Capital 1 secured card with $300 limit.(since June 2014 all payments on time less than 30% util)
also, did shopping cart trick and got Victoria's Secret card. Have not received it yet. Do I need to purchase something to trigger the card?
Installment Acct (1) - Ally Financial Opened August 2014 $26K paying as agreed.
Mortgage Acct (0) - no open. Do have a previous one that almost went into forclosure but I worked that out and it was paid off. I now have a recorded mortgage through and individual. It is not reported to credit bureaus. I have been trying to repair my credit in order to secure a mortgage.

Public Records (3)
Record 1 Tax Lien
shows 3 different ways under this one record
Equifax says tax lien Filed Oct 2008 $5413
TU says release of lien $1372 filed August 2007
EXP says Federial tax lien released 2008
Record 2 Tax Lien
EQ says tax lien August $1372
TU says paid tax lien Oct 2008 $5413
Record 3 Legal Item
EQ says legal item filed May 2008 $8925
TU says cvil judgement May 2008 $8925
EX says Judgement May 2008 $8925
All of these 3 records have been paid. I do not have an active tax lien or judgement. It appears there is some kind of overlap or something on the tax records. I had 2 for the amounts listed and they are both clear.
Any direction would be appreciated. The advice and information received so far on forums has been invaluable.
