They do currently have a unpaid Judgement against me. I called them on Friday to see who they were. They were offering me half of the balance. I said only if they vacate the judgement and the CA or OC stops reporting to all 3 CRA. And i told her i want that in writing. SOOO cross your fingers and wish me luck. This is the first time that I have attempted this. I'm still pretty nervous about jumping into it all. There is so much to understand...;-)
