Okay so I finally received a letter from a CA regarding my CITI LOC. I knew it was coming and i was supposed to try to negotiate with CITI but,... to be honest i was a little scared to call. Anyway ... SO i got a letter from Alliance One.... with about 1g more that what the bal on the LOC is. Alliance One has not appeared on my CC yet. I believe they made me an offer for a lump some of 2gs once.... Of course, I didnt have it.
I need some advise on what to do next. DO I DV them? The debt is within SOL. DOFD should be about April 06 so its good and its mine. Should I DV and hope they drop the ball for removal?
Advise needed.
