I have a paid/old/negative mortgage account and I'm wondering what to do with it.
It has several late payments. Unfortuately, I was not versed in credit health back then. I paid the account off in 5/20006.
I was wondering if I should do a goodwill to have it deleted or leave it alone. I'm concerned about that my "years" would be affected. At this time, I have 12 years.
