What to do with medical collections?

hi all

Have 7 medical collection with a company called senex services and dont know how to approach it. First of it seems the fall of dates are all 3 years after the date of service. Not sure is this is a mistake but i have yet to be contacted by them for any of the debts. Should i reach out to them first or just wait it out. They are due to fall of 2017 and 2018. They are not for much money, mostly $75 and $100 but i dont think they would go for a pfd after reading reviews on them. I dont want to poke a sleeping bear and not sure paying them would really help my score at all anyway. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank You

For unpaid medical debt that is reporting on your CR:

1. Call the OC and ask that they recall the collection in exchange for full payment
2. Send the reporting CA a PFD offer
3. Google the HIPAA Process and contact its creator for help
