Hey all, I know that lenders look at all three scores and often choose the median. However, I am wondering what the negative consequences might be if you are trying to obtain a home loan and two of your scores are considered good/very good, while the third score is considered fair or poor. I am working on cleaning up a couple of things on all three reports, but the one negative item that is most serious and that I am least confident I'll be able to remove is only on one report, resulting in a much lower score for that report.
I want to buy a home in the next year so I'd like to know what to expect from lenders.
Look up tri merge report. They take your median score.
