So I've been trying to rebuild my credit for the past month. Out of 5 delinquent/CO/judgements, I have only one left to contact and settle with. So here's my question. I have one cc it's first premiere. Should I apply for a second cc? My cu has a secured visa or should I go for cap one secured? Or not apply at all?

If your CU has a secured CC, I'd go that route.
