Whats going on with Equifax?

I have sent Equifax a few disputes over the years and they have always responded, etc.
Lately ( and because I was in a rush) I did several disputes over the online system. I was having issues with my computer.. so what should have been several corrections on one disputer ended up being several different disputes.

Anyways, Equifax emailed me stating they need my DL, SS# and Utility Bill in my name with in 24 hours.. they gave me a choice to fax (which I dont have) or mail.. but mail wouuld NEVER get there in time.. despite this I mailed it to them two weeks.. and I continue to get emails requesting  the info and my credit report has still not updated.

Im not sure what happened with Equifax but they suddenly decided to list my mortgage and another loan as my debt even though it is included in my Bk (they had it correct prior to this).  
I also signed up for the Equifax 7 day free trial and they have my score at 480!  EX and TU have mine at about 650.. the only thing I can see that is different between the three reports is the things I mentined above.

What gives and what should my next move be?

Ummm besides being morons?? Nothing new going on. Don't worry about info they ask you to send in. I have gotten it several times and ignore it. Apparently, it's a system glitch. Your investigation is still ongoing. I will pm you EO contact that will fix mortgage issue pronto.
