When we moved, I called Cox b/c I couldn't locate my final bill. The CSR gave me the amt and I paid it over the phone, then and there.
Somehow the payment was shorted by $1....and I couldn't prove how this happened, although I believe she may have input it wrong.
I sent Cox a gw.....They said NO
I filed with BBB.....They said NO
I sent email.....They said NO
I took to Social Media....Facebook....they said YES.
Keep trying and when all else fails....try Facebook.
I will give this a try! - with Verizon though, but I certainly will do it.
