Today (August 1), Equifax removed all remaining baddies from my report (1 derogatory and my chapter 13) so all three accounts are perfectly clean (yay!)
I got this info from the daily reports available on MyPrivacyMatters.com — a service which seems very quick to update. The Equifax info available on MyFico.com has not updated yet and sometimes seems a bit slow to do so. My question is this: if the info has been updated somewhere — in this case MPM — is that info available to lenders immediately? Where do they get their info — is it directly from the CRAs? I’m just wondering when I should approach my credit union for a 100% clean refi. I don't want to go in only to discover they are working with older info.
