Hi to all distinguish members of this forum,I have been reading and reading,but can't seem to find any situation similar to mine.So my question is,after a JDB purchase a debt,can they assign it to another CA and keep reporting? Therefore you end up with 2 baddies out of the same account.So you have,the OC,the JDB and the CA they assign it to.I have a JDB that I think that is what is doing.3 baddies out of 1 charge off,is that even legal? If it is,you got to be kidding me....
