Any time scores are low

You have baddies and are working on CR's

Have to many INQ's

UTL is to high and your trying to lower it

Or have no need for new credit

Then it's time to garden

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Basically, it is always time to garden. In your situation, I believe gardening and getting your baddies removed is the best course of action. No need to apply for credit until your report is mostly cleaned up.
