I just checked, and my TU score was 597 when I got that card. I think I even had more derogatory items on my reports than I do now. Nobody can guarantee it, but I'd guess in the 630s, you'd be fine.

Scores are likely to jump to the low 630s (or higher) in the next month with no collections. Do you think it would be a good chance of an approval for the Barclays rewards "fair" card?
Depends on how much recent history you have. Barclays likes to see at least 1.5 to 2 years of recent payment history one at least two revolving accounts.
I forgot to mention. I was specifically told by a credit analyst at Barclay that they are "not a FICO lender", whatever that means. They may use their own internal scoring model, so your score may not matter much actually.

Here's what was brought up in my failed recon
They pulled TU
Inquiry sensitive in last 6 months
New account sensitive in last 6 months...they want to see a responsible history on new accounts.
Asked about a 2011 charge off that's paid in full.
Sooo take it for what it's worth...I'd get closer to 640s with few to none inquiry.
