no, this accounts were paid long time ago, 4 years ago on the most recent ones. But when I go to the "at-a-glance" tab and it says accounts with a balance it says 11 and when I click on it it shows me the list i posted at the top, which is the same list that shows under the "accounts" tab...Sorry im just trying to understand all this

I would send a certified letter with the accounts that are showing in-correcting asking that they be updated.  I had more success this way then with the online disputes because the comment boxes have a limitation on the word count.

Also write your Good Will letters in your own words to get items removed.
