Date of 1st Delinquency - 9/2007-This is you DoFD
Date Major Delinquency 1st Reported - 2/2008
Date of last payment - 5/2008 - (I made no payment at this time it is a repossession)
It can be a little confusing. And I think can vary by state, at least as far as SOL is concerned. Some of my negative lines show a DoFD of 11/08, but a last payment of 11/09. In Texas, SOL goes by date of last payment. However, the 30, 60 and 90 day lates start in 12/08 and continue. No way for me to know exactly when the last payment was made. I don't have records that far back, and that bank account has been closed for a few years.
Might be worth a call to the OC to see if they can verify when exactly the last payment was made.
Edit to add: Date of First Delinquincy can be very misleading. If you have a few lates, get caught up and continue paying and then fall behind again (at least on my reports) the DoFD is still showing as the first time I went late. Which is why I believe they go by date of last payment instead.
Can you post the TL so I can take a look at it. Will be better to see what's goiing on.

Was that at me of the OP?
DOLP can be the day it was CO'd, it could be the day a CA bought it outright. DOFD is the key.

That's what it looked like to me, but really isn't clear with my old Chase accounts. All the others show DoLP as when the delinquincy started. My Chase lines are very confusing.
Didn't meant to hijack the OPs thread, but I think its a similar question and may provide insight.
Another thing that's odd here is that Chase is still reporting as of 6/13, but the account is listed as sol/transferred.

Typically you'll see "major delinquency" after 180 days. Your DOFD is correct since the DOLP coincides with it.
*edit: when you go delinquent, then catch up, then go delinquent again, the most recent delinquency is the starting point of the DOFD.
OP, post your screen shot if you can, about the Honda Finance...
