Well, I've already gotten some really good news! I had disputed a baddie with the BBB and AG of Ohio after they didn't respond to a DV, and it was deleted this morning.
I had spoken with the OC (hospital) twice last week begging them to let me pay it and was told no, it was too old and they don't do that (it's from 09) so I'm guessing the OC isn't going to take it back, and if the CA can't validate it I don't see them being able to sell it either.
That's some major good luck right there because we want to do a USDA direct sub 640 and can't have any collection accounts and that's the LAST one!!
That makes 9 baddies gone since 2/24. (one removal pending update on 5/7 per the CA)
