Who to send goodwill letter to?

I am going to attempt to send a goodwill letter to the good old folks at AAFES for the military star card to remove some lates. What email/physical addresses should I be looking for? If anyone has the ones they sent to that would be greatly appreciated!

Best place to send GW letters is to the office of the CEO or President of the company. Most headquarters addresses can be found using one of the search engines. I recommend they be sent by mail and not sent by email, mail is more personal

I also recommend to send by regular mail, unless you've found evidence that this place has handled GW requests well through email.
