Whom to email at IC Systems to offer PFD?

I have been reading over forums about succeseful emails to IC system offering them PFD. Can someone give me an email he/she had a success with? I need to email them to explain my situation.

Forgot to mention they never responded to my e-mail they just sent what I asked for in writing a week later

Ok, so I went to my hospital and spoke with local department. They considered my situtation and emailed their main branch to pull the debt and said that it was an insurance mistake. I paid the hospital. How long sould I wait for the changes to show up on my credit report?
