Why am I showing delinquent debts?

My bankruptcy was discharged a little over four years ago.  With one or two corrections, all of my CRs were correct (As far as I can tell).  Since then:

-I have taken out three car loans, and paid off two of them (One loan was taken out right after the discharge)

-I have four credit cards - Paid off monthly

-I financed some appliances (and paid them off)

-I have a reported history paying off two mortgages (Both discharged, but both reporting per my request)

-I have a decent income

Again, it's been four years.  My FICO score has been hovering around 650.  That seems really low, considering what some other people have posted, and what I have done in the past few years.

I looked at my score (Via one of my credit cards), and noticed:  "Number of accounts with delinquency" was a reason for my low score (Along with the bankruptcy).

I have not missed a payment in the past four years!  I have checked my reports, and none of them seem to show a delinquent account.

What do I do next?  I'd like to get some help figuring this out, but from what I've seen, the credit assistance field is loaded with sharkes, and I don't want to get mauled.

Thanks!

Take that comment with a grain of salt.  I have a 30 day late that's over 5 years old and it shows the same thing.
