Yesterday I was able to call and get an early exclusion of my bk from both TU and EX but EQ won't budge.

My scores jumped from EX 705 to 767 and TU from 710 to 750, but EQ is stuck at 706.

Has anyone had any luck getting an EE from EQ? If so how did you do it?

I agree they don't play nice...they hold on for dear life...lol!

I have had them refuse to accept disputes on matters that are patently and irreconcilably wrong.
