Wife's bankruptcy showing on my credit report HELP !!

I successfully got Trans Union to eliminate the mistake on my score but Equifax is a little tougher. Are there forms or a letter format i could use to write them to correct this. I received my free report for this year so i can no longer check up on them. Anyone dealt with these clowns for a similar situation.

Have you already disputed with EQ? Was it verified?

i disputed the item but now i cannot get back in to see if it really got deleted from my Fico. I guess i could wait a few months and buy scores again with a report to see if it got deleted.

What do you mean by "you can not get in to see".
