Will I get sued ???

I am trying to clean up my mess I did in the past. Here are my quesions...

1. I did send the DV letters to Midland and PRA last week and still waing for the response from them... How about if they cannot validate the debt and  agree to close and delete the account, will they send the debt back to the original creditor to have the OC figure it out how to collect the money ? I am worried because because my debt has not passed the SOL (probably 2017-2018). I am afraid that this debt will be back to OC or the CAs will pass this on to legal and sue me because they has to close the account and lost the money ??

2. If the CAs agree to close/delete the accounts, what about the OCs ? Can I send them to GW letter ? Or can I offer them to PFD ?. It is kind of confuse due to the credit report said that the OC already closed the account as charge-off and written off, balance on the CR is $0 so it looks like the OCs completely sold the debt collector (also the CR stating that "account sold to another lender").

3. I did some research regarding terms that the CAs use on the credit report and look likes some of the terms they use are inaccurate. Such as "factoring company account". According to research I have done this factoring company account is a company that buys "accounts receivable" from a business and then collects on those receivables from the people that owe them. Technically, a factored account is supposed to be an account that is NOT past due...the business just wants their money faster than the length of time normally allowed (30-90 days). So PRA and Midland not suppose present themselves as factoring company account ? I think this should be inaccurate information on the report ?

4. I just send the email to CEO of Syncb (Original creditor) regarding direct dispute on inaccurate info on my credit report due to Syncb reports charge off acount on 11/2011-08/2014 but having $25 paid everymonth since 09/2012-08/2014, which is I did not make those payments. Do you think I will success with having this account remove regarding inaccurate info ? Or they will just correct it and delete the $25 off from the report and sue me ??. I think they violate the law by reporting inaccurate info or re-age the account ??.

Re: Will I get sued ???

First dispute with CRA that information of payments is inaccurate. Then, make complaint against midland or PRA (think that is midland), they are reporting payments against fdcpa and fcra rules. You need to do some research on how to dispute, because right now, you're not doing exactly correct.

Credit repair is learning process, and this will take days for you to figure out what to write, etc,
