Will a Judgment Appear

Question more clear from prior post.

I recently did a PFD with a collection agency who was awarded a Judgment in 2005. The Judgment was never placed on my report only the collection agency line. Since the collection is off reports what are the chances of the Judgment being placed on my report through the courts. I have heard a company Lexis Nexis often visits courts to gather all they can to sell the CRA.

Re: Will a Judgment Appear

These 3rd party companies that report public records usually only do up to date records I have never known them to go into old records.........and IF they did the  company that did the PFD would have to have it vacated
