Will these hurt a mortgage app?

Had 2 separate bills with same hospital, sent to collection because health insurance didn't pay.

I never saw bills because exH and I separated, he was the insurer so they (hospital and CA) mailed all bills to him.  When I pulled CR in Aug 2007, I saw the collection accounts and called him asking him to investigate.  He verified what they were for, and he paid the bills since he dropped the ball.  (Lucky me!)

CA = Medical Data Systems collecting for local hospital

#1 $291, DoFD Feb 2007, date assigned to CA 07-26-2007, paid in Sep 2007, CR updated paid status OCT 2007

#2 $359, DoFD Jul 2006, date assigned to CA 05-29-2007, paid Sep 2007, CR updated paid status OCT 2007

Both of these are on all 3 CR's.

I have other issues on my CR's, (R-Repo, lates on old joint accounts).  If these 2 accounts won't affect a mortgage prequal, I would rather focus energy on other issues.  Thoughts?  Comments?

Thank you!

I'm no expert, but I don't think they will hurt. If they were unpaid, you might have a problem.
