Will writing a PFD letter make it worse?

I have collection accounts with Suburban Credit Corp and Portfolio Recovery and many others, but not all of them are being reported to the CRAs. For example, with Suburban, they are only reporting 2 accounts. When I logged on to my account, it showed about 5 collections. If I write PFD letters for only the 2 accounts that are showing on my CR, can they start reporting the other accounts? I'm assuming yes, since I really think all of them are valid. I'm afraid of opening a new can of worms. So basically, should I or shouldn't I wirte a PFD?
