First off, if you hear from this company, don't pay them anything! They will not garnish your wages or have your professional license revoked as they claim. If you hear from them, search for my post on the boards from this summer, you will be shocked by what they've threatened, for those who have read it, you know that I sued them and as of today, we have settled.
they have agreed to admit no wrongdoing and pay me 5100.00. I'm kind of bummed about the admitting no wrongdoing, but I guess since I can't have them thrown in jail, I can hit them where it hurts! And I am hoping it does.
let my journey with these criminals be a lesson to anyone being scared or threatened by a collection agency that you have rights, more then anything you have the right to sleep at night, don't let scare tactics rule you!!

did you also agree so multiually dismiss with prejuidice? If not, they're able to re-file suite later.
also, double check on taxes, but IIRC you'll have to pay taxes on your settlement check Come April.
Either way, HUGE congrats!!!!

Hey, having similar problems with this company. Just wondering the name of the attorney that you hired in Texas to sue Williams Rush? Looking to do the same.
