I was going to say to the OP just make sure you get everything in writing from Williams & Fudge. I recently had an experience with them in regards to a debt my nephew had (yes, I was the responsible party....long story). Anyway, I requested certain information be mailed before I started payment, they obliged.
I started making payments on behalf of my nephew and as long as those payments were made they did not report to the credit bureaus. If I needed to talk to someone there about an issue or payment questions, I always wrote a letter or communicated via email so I would have proof and I always received a response within 48-hours.
