I just pulled my EX report and my persistence is paying off! I sent out a GW letter to sunrise credit services over a month ago and never got a response back from them. I pulled up their web-site and got their fax number and then sent them a GW fax everyday this week to each one of the numbers listed. Someone must've gotten tired of it and finally deleted it from CR. This was my most recent collection and I was expecting a bigger gain in my FICO score but at the same time my utilization % went up (new bicycle for wife and son on CC). I plan to pay the CC down to 7% next month and that should bring my overall util to about 10%!!
On EX report just got 4 baddies left. 2 fall off at the end of this year, 1 is a paid collection that is in dispute because they didn't DV, and the last one is a dreaded Assest Acceptance account.
