At this point I think it is time for a MOD to lock this thread. I think the OP (Schoolbuskid) was unsuccessful in getting HSBC to delete he/she was on another recent thread this week asking someone else for help. If this is not locked this may go on forever?!?

Just a general question.......

I have read ahead and see where numerous posts are asking for the email address for HSBC that you used. Why haven't you posted it for everyone to see versus emailing each person?
