Today i sent an email to the CEO/President of HSBC and the Chairman of the Board at around 2pm, i then get a call while i was on my schoolbus around 4:25pm from a lady in the execs office she said that they would comply with my request. I let out a big scream of joy.
I hope they dont review my video tape because i could get in big trouble!
