Would it be ok to do a GW letter through email?

I sent out 3 GW's in early Nov., and haven't recieved response from anyone. I know it's possible that I still might recieve something, but I'm getting tired of waiting. How long is an average wait for a GW response? When should I send another letter? Should I try the email thing or just send a paper letter again? I didn't send these certified. Thanks for any ideas. - steve.

Re: Would it be ok to do a GW letter through email?

I always advise waiting 30-60 days before sending another, more toward the 60 day mark than the 30 day mark.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't email a GW.

GW letters need not be sent CM.

Either would be fine. I would prefer mail though but no need to certify mail..waste of money.

I agree,  A GW request is not a dispute, it is a plea.  Better yet, get them on the phone.
