Thanks. The original account was hsbc. It was sold to springleaf. So springleaf removed the lates, but only from the moment they received my account. I now unfortunately had to dispute hsbc with the 3 bureaus. Springleaf said that because hsbc had the lates they can't correct that half. Hoping it gets removed because hsbc no longer has the account.
